 The school was established in 1964 and it is managed by the Department of Education. It is located in rural area, Panna. It is located in GHATAL block of PASCHIM MEDINIPUR district of WEST BENGAL. Now the school Govt. Sponsored The school consists of Grades from 5 to 10. The school is co-educational and it does not have an attached pre-primary section. The school is non-residential in nature and is not using school building as a shift-school. Bengali is the medium of instructions in this school. This school is approachable by all-weather road. In this school academic session starts in January.

 Facilities in School 


The school has Government building. It has got 10 classrooms for instructional purposes. A total of 7 classrooms are in good condition. On the other hand, 2 of the classrooms need major repairs. It has 8 other rooms for non-teaching activities. The school has got boundary wall. The school has electricity connection. The source of Drinking Water in the school is tap water and it is functional. The school has 1 boys toilet and all are functional and 1 girls toilet and all are functional. The school has a playground. The school has a library and has 300+ books in its library. The school arranged medical check-up for its students during the previous academic year. The school does not need ramp for disabled children to access classrooms. The school has 10 computers for teaching and learning purposes and all are functional. The school is having a computer aided learning lab.
